The 5th Annual UK Porous Materials Conference is taking place in Glasgow from 13th -14th June 2022. With a great variety of plenary speakers there should be lots to talk about.
The UK PorMat meetings are organised by the Porous Materials Interest Group of the RSC, and act as a focal point for researchers working on all aspects related to porous materials, including synthesis/design, characterisation, applications, and modelling.
They cover research on a wide variety of materials, including zeolites and zeotypes, Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs), Covalent Organic Frameworks (COFs), porous silicas, porous carbons, porous polymers, porous organic cages, among others.
Confirmed speakers at the conference include:
- Thomas Bennett – University of Cambridge
- María Giménez López – Universidade de Santiago de Compostela
- Andrew Goodwin – University of Oxford
- Rebecca Greenaway – Imperial College London
- Stefan Kaskel – TU Dresden
- Veronique Van Speybroeck – Ghent University
