How do I order?
You can email a formal purchase order to [email protected] for all Asynt Ltd orders, or to [email protected] for all Asynt Inc. (USA) orders. Any quotation received will confirm where to send your order however.
Please ensure that the following information is included within your purchase order:
- Details of all goods or services you wish to purchase.
- Invoice address
- Delivery address
- Delivery contact person
- Delivery contact telephone number
- Your Asynt quotation reference
- Any reference that must be provided by you for payment to be received by Asynt
Please note: we can accept orders without a formal PO, but this must come as a detailed email from a registered domain email address and include all of the details mentioned above.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes! We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX and you can pay online via WorldPay from a secure URL we email through their system to you once your order costs are confirmed. We can process your payment in GBP, EUR and USD.
Please note: There is a surcharge of 3.5% of your total order value for VISA and MASTERCARD and 2% for AMEX which is the cost of processing the payment by card, with no additional costs added by Asynt. Please take this into consideration when purchasing. Payment by bank transfer has no additional cost.

Yes! If you prefer to buy direct from Asynt we can ship worldwide from our headquarters in the UK.
What taxes and duties are there on international payments?
For shipments from Asynt Ltd. in the UK (Asynt Inc. covers North America from our USA office) this is dependant upon the country we are shipping to, and its trade deal with the UK. You can check whether your country has a trade agreement with the UK by clicking HERE.
The EU has a trade agreement with the UK which means there are no import duties to pay on UK origin goods (which includes most Asynt products). If you are based in the EU and purchasing goods from Asynt you may be charged a small handling fee for the shipment (if yours is one of those the agency selects at random for review) and VAT (which your business can claim back in the normal manner).
What are the standard Terms & Conditions for purchasing from Asynt?
