It’s #NationalAsparagusMonth (happy days!) and that means that our own Managing Director, Martyn Fordham, will be explaining to our team (it’s an annual event!) that asparagus can give you unusually smelly urine!
It’s not the most delicate of subjects but we still find it funny!
The brilliant team at Compound Interest over on Twitter shared this fantastic infographic that explains all about asparagusic acid which is a type of organosulfur compound which also contains a carboxylic acid group.
