It might sound a little corny but you made our year special! Obviously, as we are in the business of supplying goods to our customers, without you we wouldn’t be doing very well but it isn’t all about sales for us.
We work really closely with our customers to find the best possible solutions and often get to know many of you quite well during a project. It’s important to us here that you know that you will always have a real person to talk to when you telephone or email – we’ll always tell you who we are and how best to reach us – we don’t believe that call centres or faceless voices can offer you the best support!
