Dear Asynt Customers,
In relation to Covid19, I would like to assure all of our customers that we have put in place many measures to ensure that we can support you fully going forward during this time of uncertainty.
- Our sales team is still working and ready to help you with all of your needs. They are currently all working from home, but are available for face to face discussions and product demonstrations via Teams, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp and FaceTime. Once we have the all clear, they will of course be available once again for site visits.
- We do not envisage any supply problems with Asynt manufactured products, we have significant stock ready to dispatch of all DrySyn, CondenSyn, fReactor etc. and in addition we have purchased additional raw materials for over two months of continuous manufacture.
- Our key partners such as Huber, Julabo and IKA have assured us of continued supply with many units being in stock in the UK. In addition we are holding stock of key Vacuubrand pumps.
Now, more than ever before, is a great time to share ideas and engage in new product developments. We are also keen to seek and expand existing partnerships going forward. So please do drop us a line.
Being in isolation doesn’t mean you have to be isolated.
