DrySyn® Range

The DrySyn® range of laboratory heating blocks is the ideal alternative to oil baths and heating mantles for scientists all around the world. DrySyn is designed to offer clean, safe synthesis for single or multiple reactions – great for the environment and for your chemistry.  Manufactured by our in-house engineers, we can also easily supply bespoke DrySyn for your exacting requirements.
  • The DrySyn range is compatible with any magnetic hotplate stirrer – all bases are flat with removeable/repositionable feet
  • DrySyn allows safe and rapid temperature ramping to over 300 ºC
  • Suitable for use with the full range of standard round bottomed flasks, including  multi neck flasks, and also for tubes and vials
  • The low well design of DrySyn bases and inserts prevents cracking of glassware and gives excellent reaction visibility
  • Every DrySyn block is chemical and solvent resistant with a clear anodised finish
  • Heat-resistant handles on every base for safe and easy lifting
  • Additional “SnowStorm” range for sub-ambient reactions (but you can also use it for heated reactions)
  • DrySyn is fully recyclable
